Rosa Parks refusal to give up her seat to a white passenger on a Montgomery, Alabama bus on December 1, 1955 marked the beginning of the modern civil rights movement and made her an inspiraton to activists worldwide.  Her arrest resulted in the Montgomery Bus Boycott lasting 381 days. Come and  join Ms. Briley-Strand as she gives us a glimpse into the life of this pioneer in her struggle for racial equality.
